Ted's LEGO PagesThe Classic-Castle.Com website runs a contest annually for Castle-themed MOC's. I never got off my duff in year one (2003) and only managed one entry in year two (2004) but I hope to add a lot more entries in different categories in the years to come.
Each year has, so far, seen slightly different categories but with such a large number, no matter what I build I should be able to find a category. There was also a prize starting in 2004 for a "Master Builder" with the best average score over seven categories. I think my goal for next year will be to qualify for that category by having at least seven entries.
My first entry was in the "Medieval Ship" category. I thought I would enter a civilian vessal as I knew most people would make out and out warships. I must have done something right as I made the list of "honourable mentions".
Not an official Classic-Castle.Com contest but sponsored by a member and announced on their forums. This bridge battle provided a chance to showcase "my" faction, the Baron of Stackton's men.
