After Grad 2008

After Grad 2008 KitsPAC will once again be facilitating the grade 12 students planning their Dry After Grad.

Other schools have them too (you might have heard of them). But, not surprisingly, Kits After Grad has a twist. Ours is organized by our students not parents(we only help). Where other PACs often produce After Grads at significant expense, Kits chooses to produce an After Grad party that is cost neutral.

We don't go to great expense on venue or activities. Our aim is to help the kids produce an event that is dry, inclusive, and fun. What KitsPAC does is arrange the insurance, security, and transportation to the off campus venue and then home by taxi for groups of up to 4 grads per taxi. We leave the planning of the event itself to the kids and we facilitate their planning by signing the contracts and working out the costs of the activities.

Together, Kits administrators, grads and parents can create an opportunity for all grads to share in the fun of a graduation event that will be safe, inclusive, fun, and a night of great memories.

In the weeks ahead the Kits After Grad Committee will be letting parents of grads know how the planning is going. We hope you will continue to watch this space and keep up to date on the planning as it progresses.

Mark the date on your calendars: Wednesday 11 June!
