Our Associate Superintendent, Tom Grant, will also be speaking to us for the first few minutes of the evening.
PAC meeting will follow the speakers.

All parents or guardians of students at the school are automatically part of PAC and are welcome to join us at our monthly gatherings

DEAR PARENTS:
I have just learned that the "Communicating with Your Teens" workshop on Wednesday 22nd November conflicts with a Compassion week event at Kits School called "A Day in the Life" The play is a creation by senior actors. Using monologues and scenes from famous and infamous sources, the production examines the promise and pain of a day in the life of a student. (A must see for parents.)
Therefore the Communication workshop on the 22nd is CANCELLED so that parents can attend this event at Kits. We will reschedule the Communication Workshop for Wednesday 6th December and do the 3rd workshop after Christmas.
The play should give us all some valuable insight into our teens' lives and will provide some great discussion for our workshops. ..so I hope to see you all at the play and again on the Wednesday 6th December (sorry for the short notice)
Sincerely
Steph Carros (Parent Stream lead SACY)

As of Monday, Nov. 13th students can no longer access to their email accounts on the library stations.
For two months we have had a trial run at allowing email access on one of our library stations, so that students can print homework assignments. During this time the machine has been plagued with virus problems due to the nature of the downloads.
We ask that students bring assignments on disk, or on a USB memory stick so that they can print their items without difficulties.
In order to maintain and extend the life of our computer stations we have no choice but to deny access to email accounts.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
