Welcome to Sunnyhill!
Sunnyhill is a cooperative townhouse development of 66 units located on the north side of the Bow River directly across from Princess Island.
Co-operative living involves group decision making, community events, and a philosophy of shared responsibility. Coops are run by the people living there. There is no landlord. Members are considered owners of the cooperative. Sunnyhill Cooperative is governed by a Board of Directors and its committees, which are responsible for the smooth operation of the co-op.
Co-ops are the only form of privately-owned housing that does not aggravate the inflationary forces in the housing market.

This is the official website for Sunnyhill Housing Cooperative. Yahoo!/Geocities has been uncooperative with our requests to remove the site created in the '90s. Any information on that site may be inaccurate or out of date. To improve the chances that people will end up on this site first, we need lots of content about Sunnyhill. Members, please submit all relevant historical information, stories, and information on co-op living that you think would be useful to visitors to our site.
