Youth Group - Tuesday
The SMRUC Senior youth group meets every Tuesday from 7:30 to 9:00, right after Youth Band. We do a variety of different things but there is always some kind of snack. Our activities so far this year have been getting to know Lynda (our new youth leader) learning more about each other, discussions on a variety of topics, games, having guest speakers from Burma, attending an Interfaith Seder, serving pancakes on Shrove Tuesday, hearing from Justine Kiwanuka about her time in Haiti and planning a youth service that will focus on the Charter for Compassion . Every once in a while we play sardines in the sanctuary. Come and join us. All youth Grade 8 and up are welcome.
