A LITTLE BACKGROUND

I have been line dancing since the early 90's.

I was introduced to line dancing by my Mother.  She belonged to a Seniors Center and  they were going to have a hoe-down and  wanted friends and relatives to come and join in the fun.  The first dance I ever tried was Reggae Cowboy.  It was a hoot!  I had NO idea what I was doing.  The only thing I knew for sure was that line dancing was a lot of FUN!

Line dancing also made sense to my analytical brain.  Moving in a set pattern around the floor and dancing to great country music was MY idea of a lot of FUN.  I think line dancing is a great way to keep in shape.

I teach four classes a week....all levels.  You can check under CLASS SCHEDULES for times and locations.  Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions.

I also teach private lessons and at parties and events.

Check out the upcoming events on the HOME PAGE for information regarding local events.

I also play the bagpipes, so if you are looking for some stirring music for a wedding or event, don't hesitate to call me.  Can you line dance to pipes?  Sure, Chas Cha's seem to work very well :)  I just joined an Irish Pipe Band and am enjoying their company very much.  I also sing...sort of.  I belong to a group called the West Coast Singers.  We entertain at a local senior home at Christmas and in mid-summer.

In the summer, my husband Cameron and I love to ride around on our 1992 Harley Davidson Dyna Glide.  He is also a photographer.  If you want,  you can click on the links page to find some of his work. (Photocritique)

I'm glad you took a moment to check out my Web Page.  If you are planning a visit to Vancouver, please call me, and hopefully we can arrange for you to meet myself and some of our local dancers.

Thanks for looking and have a GREAT DAY!!
