I love jobs with a creative element to them, but I am quite capable of excelling in jobs of repetition. I enjoyed working as a software tester and digital ink & painter for Disney Interactive Victoria, and I am enjoying being the art director, assistant editor, and on staff artist for Neo-opsis Science Fiction Magazine. I am available for part-time work and/or art commissions.

Art director, assistant editor, and on staff artist for Neo-opsis Science Fiction Magazine In 1997, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2009 Stephanie was a finalist for the Aurora Award in the category of Artistic Achievement. Soapstone carving “Ancestor of Dragons” won Best 3-D at the Westercon 58 Art show, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, 2005 Painter of “Sombrio”, which won “Favourite Work” at Vcon 28 in Vancouver, BC, Canada, 2003 Painter of “Dragon & Missile” the cover of Neo-opsis Science Fiction Magazine issue one. Painter of `The Look Out', which won Best of Show at The 52nd World SF Convention, held in Winnipeg, MB, Canada, 1994 Art Editor, Illustrator and Writer for `Under The Ozone Hole', a Victoria-based Science Fiction magazine that won four national Aurora Awards. Illustrator of `The Hidden City, A Poem of Peru', written by Stanley K. Freiberg (Newport Bay Publishing), 1988. Fifteen illustrations of Peruvian mythology. Demonstrator of art techniques for soapstone carving and wire sculptures at conventions: Norwescon, Rustycon, V-con, Noncon, and The Clam Shoot. Speaker at many conventions on several art and publishing related subjects. Exhibitor at conventions since 1985. Displaying her artwork more than thirty-five convention art shows.
