Jokers Wild was a Coed hockey team in "Winnipeg Sponge Puck Hockey" league who has shut down after 25 years. We have played in that league as a coed team since 2000. In the year 2006 the Jokers Wild had to fold due to no commitment from the ladies. The Mens One Eyed Jacks team lived on for another season in 2006, but due to the WSPHL owners retiring, We have now moved over to the "Kildonan Sports" League. We have been playing softball in that league since 2002 and know that Bobby J will do a good job running the spongee league.
The Jokers Wild used to be our COED name and One Eyed Jacks was our men's team name, but now, they are both called Jokers Wild.

"Leemu" And myself ("Slack") have been playing hockey together for about 14 years now and plan on playing together for many more. These last Six COED years we have done were fun and a change of pace. Maybe we do that again in the future.
Here is the logo on the Jokers Wild jersey and the One Eyed Jacks jersey. You won't see this too much. You will mostly see our numbers as we are breaking in on your goalie. so you better take a good look now.
A Player who was originally with the Jokers Wild has since moved on with his life. His name is Ruel and he is the man who made both Jokers Wild and One Eyed Jacks jersey logos. Great job Ruel, and thanks! Ruel has retired from hockey.
