We have the pleasure to enjoy of a very well equipped fitness room now. Divided in three sections it offers one of the best fitness facilities in the neighborhood.

The first part composed by the dumbbells, where you can practice all those exercises that will improve the strength in your arms and the upper body. These dumbbells are arranged in a nice rack to easy access. You could use the benches (two of them) in conjunction to achieve a great variety of workouts.

But you are not in your own, you can follow the posters located in the column in front of this area to look for excellent suggestions about the best use for this equipment.

Also, in the same area you can find the stretching mats, and the exercise balls for doing different kinds of stretches and great abdominal. The abdominal workout is the preferred area for many people, and strong abs lead to a healthy back. The traditional sit-ups in the floor does not allow for a long range of motion in that position. A unique roperty of the exercise ball is that it is round, allowing your spine to conform to its shape. The ball fills the curve of the power back and allows the abdominal muscles to work during the full range of motion of the spine. The other benefit is that because of its dynamic nature (rolling) other muscles are working to stabilize you from rolling off the ball.

In the middle of the room, you can find the cardio equipment. It is conformed for a treadmill, a static bicycle and a cross-training (x-trainer). The treadmill displays the time, the calories burned, the distance covered, among other useful information. The other equipment has the same features, plus heart rate to allow you see and monitor your pulses.

Finally, it is the multi-force machine. You can find in the column close to it, instruction about suggested workouts to take advantage of the machine. It includes three different stations and two people are able to work at the same time with their own selected load of weight.

Always use your judgement and learn to recognize your limits, so you can convert this in a great experience and traduce it in a healthy result.

It is recommended that after you finish using the equipment in the gym, clean them of any sweat or water using a paper towels and the cleaner spry located in the room, this will maintain them in a good shape and always clean and ready for the next person to use them.
