You need to compare all of the 4 items. Security System Pricing - You can typically get a high-end installed Honeywell alarm system consisting of door contacts, motion detector on the main floor and basement, low temperature sensor along with the key pad, siren and battery backup for less than $300. Monitoring Pricing - Monitoring is $198.00 per year which also can be paid monthly. There are no additional charges to monitor smoke detectors, low temperature/flood sensors or key pad panics buttons. Cost of Service Calls - There is peace of mind knowing that repairs to residential systems are no charge if you are monitored. Contract Term - Our agreement is month to month, so you can cancel at any time. We want you to do business with us because you like us, not because you are under contract. Should you need to cancel, unlike other companies we will refund your unused portion. Information on Response to Alarms and Guard Service… - Guard Service is $7.00 for residential per year should you require it. - When an alarm takes place, the monitoring station calls the premises. - If one zone is tripped then the guard service is sent out. - If two zones are tripped or a panic alarm has been activated, the police are sent out. - The alarm is automatically cancelled, if you turn off your alarm with in two minutes with a valid code. - After the dispatch takes place the contacts are called. |

Medical Alert - Pricing - The cost of the pendant and the receiver is $190 and the monitoring for the two way voice is $23 per month. Two way voice gives you the opportunity to explain the situation to the monitoring station through the pendant. - Monitoring without the two way voice is $17 per month. |
