Changes in Tessella 1,3

1) Getting it to work in CS2 plus a few cosmetic tweaks.

Tessella 1.22 fixes an issue with startup on windows in AI CS.

Changes since Tessella 1.03

1) Tessella 1.21 will work on Illustrator 10 and above only : it will not work with previous
   versions. Conversely previous versions of Tessella ( 1.03 and earlier ) will only
   work with versions 8 thru 9 of Illustrator.

2) If you have a registered version of Tessella, you can reuse the same serial number
   with Tessella 1.2 : its perfectly OK to have the two versions with the same serial
   number. For more registration info download the 1.03 version.

3) The manual : please use the version supplied with version 1.03 and downloadable
   with it.

4) Tessella has been made actionable.
