Works for CS plus fixed an issue with registration

Changes in Curvius 1.9

Getting it to work in CS2 plus a few cosmetic tweaks.

------

1) Curvius 1.8 will work on Illustrator 10 and CS only : it will not work with previous
   versions. Conversely previous versions of Curvius ( 1.51 and earlier ) will only
   work with versions 7 thru 9 of Illustrator.

2) If you have a registered version of Curvius, you can reuse the same serial
  number with Curvius 1.8 : its perfectly OK to have the two versions with the
  same serial number. For registration info download the 1.51 version.

3) The manual : please use the version supplied with version 1.51 and downloadable
   with it.

4) All filters in Curvius have been made actionable.
