REGISTRATION DRAWING TO A CLOSE!

On-line registrations are now available. Follow this link to register.

Only on-line registrations will be accepted to meet provincial association requirments.

A late registration fee will be applicable for all registrants after April 5, 2010. Payments must be received before first floor time. Mail cheques to #2080, 61 Broadway Boulevard, Sherwood Park, AB T8H 2C1.

REGISTRATION GUIDE

For first time registrants (no previous family members registered with the club):

Step 1 : You must create an account. Once set up, this account can be accessed year after year.

Click on "New to the Site"

Enter all required fields on the page with your personal contact information. This is the account holder's information (the one paying for the registration) NOT the player's information. Check the "I am also a Guardian/Emergency contact" checkbox if you are the legal guardian (this means you will not have to re-enter this information later on).

Step 2: Submit your information ("Signup now" button).

Step 3: CHECK YOUR EMAIL. YOU MAY HAVE TO CHECK YOUR JUNKMAIL FOLDER. You will receive an email with an ACTIVATION link. You must click on this link to return to the system to start the REGISTRATION process.

RETURNING REGISTRANTS :

Step 1: Login to your account using your email and password. If you do not remember your password, click on "Forgot your password?" beneath the Frequently Asked Questions option. You must use the same email address you used when you set up your account in the past.

Step 2: Select which player you would like to register from the list on the left side of the page.

Step 3: Select season (2010 Box)

Step 4: Update player information as needed and select DIVISION.

Step 5: Select Guardian Contact #1 from drop down list, all info should be filled in automatically. Update as needed. Repeat for Guardian #2.

Step 6: Answer questions. If you cannot proceed, please note that some questions REQUIRE responses.

Step 7: Select payment type.

Complete registration. Repeat steps for additional players.

PLEASE NOTE, PAYMENT RECEIVED WILL AUTOMATICALLY SHOW AS"NO" UNTIL IT IS RECEIVED AND ENTERED INTO THE SYSTEM BY THE REGISTRAR.

When submitting payment, please include player's name and division on your cheque (you do not need to print off and include your confirmation).
