Spineys Clubhouse was inspired by my friends at MGH Spinal Disorders Forum. As a regular at the forum, I was looking for a particular recipe which one of the
members had posted. After taking sometime to track it down, I decided to place all the recipes on a site. Thus, Spineys Clubhouse evolved. I have set up a link to the forum on my home page and one in The Halo Lounge, which will open up in a new window, for easy access.

The Chat Room is set up for our use only, so will probably be fairly quiet. I know their are times when one on one discussion maybe more beneficial, so please feel free to use this chat room at any time.
The Spineys Message Forum is set up for General Discussions. I have started a thread titled "Web Building 101 for Spineys", to help any Spineys with web site building. Please feel free to use this forum for any other discussions you would like to have - the Forum is Open!.
I have set up a mini poll for everyone to participate in. The stats that are collected can be viewed by clicking on “View Stats”. If you have a suggestion for a new poll, please email me.

The Personal Calendar, Address Book and To Do List is for your own personal entries. These programs will save your entries using your own cookies so no one else will be able to view them except you.
As both Canadians and Americans post/read the MGH Spinal Disorders forum and from time to time
we talk weather, I have included a temperature converter to make it easier to figure out Celsius to Fahrenheit or visa-versa.
