Garden Rules and Regulations

The garden area is land owned by the Canadian Red cross that has been leased to the Sault Ste. Marie Horticultural Society for the benefit of the Allard Street Community Garden membership. To ensure satisfactory use of the garden area, garden policies have been implemented.

Communication All members are encouraged to attend garden meetings and socials throughout the year.  A schedule of all meetings is in your orientation package and will be posted on the bulletin board beside the front gate.  We require your attendance to assist in planning and decision making. If you have any suggestions, questions or complaints, please contact the Garden Coordinator, Suzanne Hanna, by calling her at 759-2893 or emailing her at: wildgardener@shaw.ca The bulletin board is a way of keeping all gardeners in touch with one another.  Please use it for any gardening-related purposes. Check it regularly for notices and contact information.
