There are NO refunds of Deposits made on any bird, unless WE can not (due to our own fault or circumstances) provide you with the bird you chose from the babies provided. IF you should decide to cancel/decline taking the bird the monies placed on deposit are not returned.

Wings Aloft guarantees at the time of sale, that the bird(s) are in excellent health and disease free to the best of our knowledge.

A seven day health guarantee comes with each bird against PBFD, PSITTACOSIS, POLYOMA, PACHECOS, non-treatable pre-existing conditions that perniciously (destroy utterly) affects the health and well-being of the bird(s) or genetic deformities (excluding PDD). This is provided that the bird is tested by a QUALIFIED AVIAN VETERINARIAN, documentation must be provided for verification from the QUALIFIED AVIAN VET.

Please make your vet appointment before coming to pick up your bird, so that the health guarantee will cover the 7 days.

This guarantee is only valid if the bird(s) are not kept in the same air space as other birds in your home. Many diseases are airborne.

The testing will be done at your expense. If you can provide valid documentation from a QUALIFIED AVIAN VET stating that your existing bird(s) have been tested negative for the above diseases. Upon verification of the above conditions to Wings Aloft Aviaries you agree, at our discretion that we will either refund the entire purchase price to you, or replace it with another bird(s) of the same species, sex (if known) and of similar age. All costs of return or delivery expenses (airline shipping) to be paid by you, the purchaser.

IF you fail to have the bird(s) examined by a QUALIFIED AVIAN VET within the 7 day period, the health and fitness guarantee stated above is void.

AND

IF the bird(s) die in the 7 day guarantee period. YOU must immediately refrigerate (not freeze) the body or bodies in a zip lock bag and get the bird(s) to a QUALIFIED AVIAN VET or LABORATORY for a necropsy within 24 hours to detect cause of death. The bird(s) must then be returned to Wings Aloft for proof of ID. Refund or replacement, if any, will be based on the cause of death (PBFD, PSITTOCOSIS, POLYOMA, PACHECEOS, NON-TREATABLE PRE_EXISTING CONDITIONS THAT PERMANENTLY AFFECTS THE HEALTH AND WELL BEING OF THE BIRD(S) AND GENETIC DEFORMATIES EXCLUDING PDD.

NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT ON INCONCLUSIVE FINDINGS, only on the above conditions.

You must submit leg band/s back to Wings Aloft Aviaries and a written necropsy report or there will be no refund or replacement.

Wings Aloft Aviary can not be held responsible for costs of examination, testing histopathology or necropsy. Necropsy will only be covered, if death is caused by any of the conditions stated above.

All sales are final, NO REFUNDS, BUT if you need to return/rehome our bird we will help you in any way possible. Also, there is no guarantee on how your bird will grow/mature in your home or on their breeding potential.
