Information
The house has two floors each with is own seperate
apartment. The lower one is smaller, and it is not usually
available for renting.

The upper apartment is bigger, more
comfortable, and it is made to provide you with
lots of space. It has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave
oven included), bathroom, two big, and one smaller
bedroom. It also includes a large living and dining
room area. Also, it has a big terrace and a balcony
where you will be spending most of your time, unless
of course you prefer the warm sand of the beach.

The house sleeps 6 people, plus an additional 2 if
needed. That means that a total of eight people may
be comfortably accommodated inside. However, a few years
ago, we had 25 people staying over. They were a big
Austrian group whose friends also came to visit them
for a few days. They slept on the terrace, since the
nights are warm to sleep outside.
Some other amenities include air-conditioning, and
satellite TV. Parking accommodates 3 vehicles. You are
also welcomed to bring your pet with you.

The
pricing for renting the apartment is as follows: |

prices are for the entire apartment. Renting per
person is not available. That means that it doesn't
matter is there two or eight people renting -
the price is still the same. |

NOTES:
Prices
are effective 01.01.2008. to 01.01.2009.
The price for using the boat with 4hp engine
is 30 Euros per day.
The
price for bike rental is 4 Euros per hour.

To make a reservation, we require a 30% deposit
of your total price to be paid immediately.
This will, of course, be taken off your final total.
Once we receive the deposit, the reservation will be
made and the above price will be guaranteed.
In addition to these prices, guests are required to
pay the 1.50 Euro daily for each individual. These are
residing taxes required from every tourist in Croatia.
These prices do not include food. The apartment is
equipped with a kitchen, and you will be on your own
to provide and prepare food. You can also eat in the
nearby restaurants, at your convenience.
