Most of the information in this section was submitted by my brother-in-law, Duncan Parker. He is a FGA, FCGmA, and is a partner at Canada's foremost gemmological laboratory, Harold Weinstein Ltd. In addition, he is President of the Canadian Gemmological Association, teaches Gemmology at George Brown College and at the Canadian Gemmological Association. He also makes a great cup of coffee and has an Honours BA (in Medieval English and Contemporary Drama) and two daughters.
