This time around, I've decided to post a bunch of pics of Sharkey
before she really was Sharkey. These pics were all taken by the previous owner
over ten years ago when he had full intentions
of turning my car into a potential show car. Sadly, although he did have a fare amount of knowledge regarding bodywork and prepping vehicles in general, he didn't have the specific knowledge necessary to restore ACVWs. He had another project on the side (a '55 Chev pick-up) and decided one day that he could not complete both projects. So the decision was made to sell off the project he felt less comfortable with.
