Ladysmith is
on Vancouver Island off the west coast of British Columbia,
Canada.
It can be
reached by taking a ferry from the mainland or by plane either to Nanaimo
or Victoria. Ladysmith is about 20 minutes south of Nanaimo
and a bit over an hour north of Victoria.
