Here you can read a little about some of my friends who are running around somewhere on the internet, both those who I know in person, and also who I talk to via e-mail and ICQ.

Lesley Hatheway - poor girl, nobody ever spells her name right
No matter what she says, she's still SHORT! Don't let that fool you though; this little tiger spits a pretty hot fire! Evil dragon-child... she's still sweet though

Ben Li - my mental superior in many areas, he can almost always find a way to leave me wondering how the hell one of us could be so stupid. Most of the time, before I even think of anything he's already 3 steps ahead of me. I do get a few good shots in from time to time though, so it's not entirely a one-sided battle.

Lisa Langevin - according to her, she's "the only girl [I] don't want to date". I'm not entirely sure what she was hinting at when she made that remark, but anyway...
Lisa takes the brunt of a good portion of my mischief, as her head is so much fun to screw with. She says she has an "undeniable genius when it comes to figuring [me] out"... I'll agree with the undeniable part, but as for genius....

Jing Yang - the innocent one... yeah, right. In the roughly 6 years I have known Jing, I have yet to catch her red-handed doing something evil. But that doesn't mean she hasn't done anything; I just have to find a way to trap her! Besides the evil that I have yet to prove, she is a good person to play mind games with, because her sources of information occasionally appear to be flawed....

Alicia Danielson - good old reliable Alicia, even though it happened over 5 years ago, I can still bring back those hilarious memories of that table dancing incident like it was yesterday, HAHAHAHA!!!
I still have to laugh about it. She's a little too active in my opinion, playing volleyball, basketball (real fun stuff when I'm reffing one of her games!), and field hockey, and still trying to find time to go to school.

Carmen Schmitz - quite possibly the biggest kid I know
Carmen is one of those people you could poke with a stick all afternoon and she'll still be smiling. She's a very bubbly, perky, no-more-sugar-for-you type of person, who delights in the simple pleasures of life... like getting her face painted like a ninja turtle. She spreads her joy to everybody she is with, which makes her a very pleasing, and occasionally very entertaining, person to be around.

Caleigh Rabbitte - Caleigh is about 5 and a half years younger than me, and I've known her since she was a bouncy little bunny in grade 4. She's growing up to be a very nice young lady, however, like all young ladies, with a definite evil streak. For my 21st birthday my family had taken me to the restaurant where she works, and she was nice enough to get all the staff to sing to me, forcing me to start plotting my revenge...

Lisa Poffenroth (and Tasha, her bird) - my favorite bird-obsessed chronomentrophobiac (look it up... she hates my homepage because of it) with a penchant for Jello. Originally from the planet Xork (the proof being that she didn't recognize the Muppets' Swedish Chef), Lisa isn't totally crazy, just enough to add a bit of zing to her life
. I am most impressed at the speed with which she comes up with a witty remark for almost any situation.

David Quackenbush - holy cow I've known Dave for a long time.... We went to school together from grade 4 right until we graduated high school. I even remember when he was given the nickname Bouncer (hah!). If my info is up to date, he's off at the University of British Columbia, blowing his horn... French horn that is.

Jinny et Mélanie Jean - these two sisters are 20 and 23 respectively, and too damn tall! I first met them online in January 2000, while they were living in Fredericton, New Brunswick; then when they moved to Calgary in the summer I got to meet them in person. They're a little bit crazy sometimes, but it's all good! Congratulations Jinny on your new baby boy!

Émilie Turgeon - my favorite little witch
Émilie is one of those people who always looks at things from a point of view that you never thought of; there's an awful lot of sense in her head. Within a few years, she's going to be the best psychiatrist in the country, and maybe even the world (yes that is a personal endorsement). She is an animal lover, and has quite a collection of her own, including a dog, a cat, some birds, and a rat.

Mélissa Michaud - I'm really not sure what flag to put for Mélissa... she's from Fredericton, but right now she's living in Belgium, and going to school in Italy... I'm confused! She said to put the Canadian flag, so that's what is here. She is a bit of a bad girl at times, but there's nothing wrong with that, is there?

Becca Geburt - damn easterner! Hehe since we first started talking we have been arguing over whether the west or the east is better. I'm winning
Fortunately for her, I'm nice enough not to rub it in her face too often! She said I could write anything I wanted about her, as long as it's "nice and sweet"... *evil laugh here*

Heather Kuipers - originally a New Brunswicker, now living in southern Ontario (not nearly far enough west if you ask me!), and one of my first and dearest internet friends. Despite being an evil mastermind, Heather is the sweetest person I ever met. Someday we are going to take over the world together... she said that she will settle for second-in-command and let me take the lead, but I think that's because she knows the influence she has over me and that my power is her power. After 5 years of talking on ICQ, we FINALLY got the chance to meet in person in August 2001 at Paramount Canada's Wonderland, just outside Toronto. There she won the stuffed dog I was planning on winning for her, and then named it Vijay
She's a true friend who I know I'm going to have for a long, long time, and I can't wait to see her again

Andrea Langlois - for as long as I have known her, I have wondered how Andrea can put up with as much crap as she has to; nothing ever seems to go right for her. But her life has taken a turn for the better as she now has a very cute little daughter! Unfortunately, she moved to Toronto in June 2001, so for the time being that means I won't get to see very much of her.

Heather Baldwin - originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, she moved to Calgary in the summer of 2000 to go to U of C. The latest addition to the long list of Heathers that I know (she's the 6th if I haven't forgotten anybody), she is one of the most well-rounded people I know as well: smart, sensible, attractive, talented, and sane (as far as I can tell) - a very good combination.

Monica "HennyPenny" - I met this "16"-year-old from Nova Scotia playing an online game of non-tradmark-name-specific Connect 4. She likes messing around on the computer like me, as well as reading and writing, and she is also a fan of the color lime green. She asked me not to mention what a "boring life" she leads

Wendy Davis - the sweetest and most huggable (pounceable?) person I never met, which is really too bad because she is all the way in Indiana, making it rather difficult to get to her. She is also very sporty, carrying strong interests in basketball and hockey, just like myself, although her favorite NHL team is Detroit. Whereas I am the king of bad timing, she is a master of perfect timing... well... almost. In any case, she's a lot better than me. Wendy, or rather, Pookie
is the net friend who I most want to meet in person.

Sarah Lonnevik - senior communications major, self-proclaimed macaroni and cheese connaisseuse (sp?), and sex goddess (!). Sarah somehow disappeared for about 20 months and only came back a few months ago, so now I'm riffling through my memory bank and seeing just how much I remember about her.

Heather Smith - the evil twin, but still sane enough to realize how screwed up everybody is
She'll probably be one of the first people to join me in the crazy house, but at least she'll be good company
She'll be starting her first year of university in the fall of 2002.

Holly Smith - the less-evil twin, but still evil. I got quite the shock a couple months ago to learn that she is engaged to her fiancé Joey. As far as I know she'll be starting her university career in the fall as well, but I'm not entirely sure on that.

Taniza Hyder - Tazzy, the first person I met out of the Missouri crew; I met all the other Missourians through her. Right now she's just finishing her first year of college, so she's a very busy little girl, but still just as sweet as she used to be (I think!).

Louis and Gina Mongillo - Taniza's best friend's brother and best friend. These two make up a very close-knit brother-sister duo; their lives have become more hectic since Louis became a daddy on December 20, 2000. And when Gina and Taniza team up that can be a very dangerous team to deal with!

Cassie Huck - self-proclaimed 100% bitch (I'm not touching that one); I'm still trying to figure out what the hell she was thinking when she called me a rhino... I'm not too sure what to say about her here; she says it all herself!

Radhika Prabhakar - she used to have a winning record against me when it comes to battles of wits, but I think I have come back to tie the game if not take the lead. She has a razor-sharp tongue and a lightning mind, and she is my favorite sparring partner on ICQ. However, her blazing wit doesn't always guarantee victory; every now and then I end up on top in a big way, like the time she "caught me with my pants down"
Mess with her, and you're messing with fire... literally. She apparently set her future in-laws ablaze....

Sarita Ramlakhan - my wise, old cousin (hehehe
), originally from Trinidad, now living with her husband Matt in Australia. Proof that love can cross oceans, she is one of my biggest sources of inspiration.
