Instructions:
1. Hoop one layer of heavyweight cutaway stabilizer.
2. Stitch out color number 1 - this gives you the placement line.
3. Lightly spray the stabilizer with sticky spray. Place your fabric so that it covers the placement line.
4. Stitch any designs you intend to now.
5. Lightly spray the back of the hoop with stitcky spray. Place a piece of fabric over the placement line there too (so that the back is finished too).
6. Stitch color number 2. This outlines the bookmark again.
7. Remove hoop from machine and trim excess fabric away close to the stitching line from both front and back.
8. Return hoop to machine and stitch out color 3 - satin stitches the edges.
9. Color 4 gives you an eyelet to string a ribbon through - it is optional.
10. Remove from hoop. Use an electric stencil cutter to burn away the excess stabilizer.
11. For bookmark, if desired, thread a piece of ribbon through the eyelet. Tie a button or bead on the end of the ribbon.
For book, stitch a number of pages. String a ribbon through matching eyelets and tie in a bow to make a book.

Fast, Fun, and Finished!
