The Scorched Sole Ultra will follow a slightly different route for 2008.  The start and finish will be the same as 2007 and a good portion of the route will be the same as 2007.
    As in 2006 we will be going to the summit of Little White this year.

    The 25k will follow the same route as the 50 k 2nd loop of 2007 up to the KVR via Lost Lake trail.
There will be an out and back on the KVR to the Bellevue trestle rather than the loop at the start,  then back down Lost Lake Trail to the finish.  We will not be using Race Classic or Lower Crawford Trail
this year.

    The 50k will follow the same route as the 2nd loop in 2007 up to the KVR via Lost Lake Trail.  It will
then follow the KVR rail bed to the Bellevue trestle up to the base of Little White Mountain via Forestry road and Crawford/Telegraph Trail.   Access road to the top of Little White and back to the KVR via
Little White Trail and Forestry road to KVR and Lost Lake trail down to the finish.

    Course starts at 1725' (526m) above sea level and climbs to 7125' (2172m) a difference of 5400'.  A GPS'd map will be posted as soon as we can get out on the course.

    A dip in Crawford Lake near the top of Little White will qualify competitors for a nice draw prize donated by Kelowna Home Hardware.
