be included in the show. Include the
following information:
- Number of Performers
- Length of Performance
- Name of Group
- Name of Song(s)
- Style of Dance
- Workshop
registrants are welcome to perform in the Gala Show; show tickets do
not need to be purchased by performers.
- We will do our
best to accommodate all who wish to perform, but understand that we
may have limited time with a large number of performers.
- To help us
maximize the chance for everyone to participate, we ask dancers to
perform as a group if possible and to limit their numbers to 8 minutes
or under, and Solo Dancers 5 minutes or under.
- All styles of Bellydance are welcome.
- The Gala Show
will be open to the public!
- Video or sound
recording will not be allowed at the show.

Vendor Information

you wish vend at the workshop.
- Space may run
out, so reserve your space early!
- Price for
vending will be $40 for each full size table.
- Time for
Workshop Vending will be available during the Lunch Hour Break 12:15 –
1:45, during registration Sunday morning, and after classes each day.
- The space will
be around the inside walls of the main studio at the Dance
Saskatchewan Inc. Centre.
Please be respectful of the dance floors when you move the
tables; we will be charged for damages.
- We will do our
best to provide you with tables and chairs, but they will be
limited. Please bring your own
if you are able.
- The space will
be available for set-up on Saturday after 1
pm when the previous class leaves.
- We will need to
leave the premises by 5 pm each day. The
tables may have to be removed at the end of each day.
