By completing an online transaction, I, the prospective client, being 18
years of age or older, understand that Saskatoon Salsa, the hosting
facility and the instructors thereof are not liable for personal injuries
or loss of, or damage to, personal property. I understand that
participating in dance classes involves the possibility of physical
injury. I therefore assume all risks involved in the participation of the
Saskatoon Salsa classes.
I hereby release Saskatoon Salsa and staff from
any liability with respect to damage or injury that I or my participating
minor child may suffer during
physical activity except where the damage or injury is
caused by this gross or willful negligence of the staff within the scope
of their duties.
Terms & Conditions:
Due to limited scheduling, we can not
offer "make up" classes if you miss one when purchasing a course.
Cancellation must be received in
writing 24 hours prior to the start of the event to receive a full refund.
If you need to cancel once the course has started, Saskatoon Salsa will
charge you $15 for each 1-hour class scheduled prior to discontinuation
and refund you the remainder less a $15 administration fee.
Transfers to other scheduled courses
allowed only if available and the students meets the criteria.
If transferring a course registration
to another person, this person must meet the criteria, review our policies and fill
out a registration form.
Punch Card Terms: Punch cards are NOT
transferable, sellable or redeemable for cash. In the event you lose your
card, a $15 replacement fee will apply. Cards must be presented to the
instructor prior to class start time. Cancellation must be received in
writing 24 hours prior to the start of the session to receive a full
refund. If you need to cancel once the session has started, Saskatoon
Salsa will charge you $10 for each 1-hour class “punched” prior to
discontinuation and refund you the remainder less a $15 administration
fee.
Sorry, we don't allow spectators.
We require a minimum of 6 participants
to run a class. If low enrollment occurs, registered students will be
notified 24 hours in advance and given a full refund or given the option
to switch classes.
All participants are expected to be
respectful, show focus and have an exceptional amount of fun.
