What else but stained glass could resist sun fade for 1000 years?**

Large Scale Church This 1:29 scale church features six stained glass windows. The window shown was constructed using the Tiffany or soldered foil process and consists of 8 pieces of glass. The church was made of styrene-clad plywood with individually applied siding boards and shingles.

** the stained glass windows in the Cathedral of Chartres, France date from about 1150. They have lasted 850 years now and look like they could last 850 more.
