"IT'S
ABOUT BEING UNDERSTOOD"
For the
past decade, Sahara has shared her Success Coaching with doctors, lawyers,
professionals, housewives, laborers and others. She has also advised large
corporations and presented motivational talks
to schools, women's organizations, and inner-city programs.
After
studying psychology and human behavior, Sahara began practicing professional success
coaching. She had previously done her own therapy and learned how to overcome most kinds
of abuse and addictions. She came to understand the value of experiencing repressed
emotions and discovered what it took to become a strong survivor. Sahara was sought out by
the media for her insights and interviewed by newspapers, on radio shows, and on
television. She has written a regular advice column in two local publications and is the
author of her latest book,
"Reclaim
Your Feminine Power:
Prosperity Through Transformation".

MEDIA QUOTES
"Just a note to tell you
what a fabulous guest you were on my
radio show. Your warm, informative, candid approach to healing the 'self' is an
invaluable service in today's world. Since I had you on the program, I've been questioning
my own attitude toward myself and the rest of the world. I was so amazed by your positive
approach that I am now considering entering into therapy. Thanks so much for spreading
your message. Keep up the good work. You have much to offer. I should know, as your
presence on my show had such a significant impact on my life." Jacquie Griffin (Radio Talk Show Host) |
|
"Thank you so much for
appearing on my television show.
It has certainly been a very long time since anybody extraordinarily honest and strong has
graced our set. The response that we have received from the show is also surprising; it
seems that a lot of people have been waiting for someone like you to come forward so they
can say 'yes, I've been through that too'. This is perhaps the most important thing about
you telling your story. Thank you for sharing it with me. Perhaps we will meet on the set
again sometime." John Moxin (Television
Host/Producer) |
|
| "I just received my
student evaluation forms, and once again your was mentioned by a number of students.
They enjoyed 'my great speaker,
Sahara'. The students and I learned something from you about pain and survival. Your
presentation touched our lives and encouraged us to make a commitment to live. In the
future, I hope you will return to Canadian International College to share your experiences
and insights with our teachers and students." Heather Barnes (Faculty Instructor) |

Perhaps you need support to
recover from childhood abuse. Or,
maybe you are presently harming yourself, or allowing yourself to
be abused by a partner. Often if we were badly mistreated as
children, we recreate these patterns as adults, until we learn to say
no to pain and suffering, and to say yes to
becoming a survivor.
I am also available for couples
coaching. If you find that you
are at the point where communication has become a problem for
you and your partner, I can mediate the two of you to understanding.
Learning how to talk, and being able to listen properly is an art,
and sometimes takes a little support from a success coach.
Or, you may at first want to see me for your own intimacy issues,
and then bring your partner in later.
You may be at a point in your life
where you need some assistance
in learning how to have a relationship with your 'self'. Working on your
intuitive blocks is the first stage of self-awareness. You may have a
lack of satisfaction in your life for a reason. I can help you discover,
conquer and move past the patterns that sabotage your self-fulfillment.
