The Makings of Our Company Name...
Chaotic Goddess Productions
There have been many requests on understanding
the makings of our company name. Chaotic
Goddess Productions was born through numerous conversations between Sahara
& Morf Exodus. The word "chaos" was inspired by the publication written by
James Gleick's book "Chaos: Making A New Science". In reading this book,
it could considerably broaden ones limited dictionary definition of what chaos means. It may
be surprising to learn that all tenuous order is birthed from chaos.
Also, in the Oxford English dictionary, it's second definition which reads, "chaotic: (of a system or its behaviour) so unpredictable as to appear random, owing to great
sensitivity to small changes and conditions".
Our company, Chaotic Goddess Productions main focus is on personal empowerment. When
one is empowered in their own lives, then they are able to effectively empower others with
their careers, in the community, and then it can ripple out into larger
aspects of the world. It all
starts with oneself.
The concept of empowerment is a persons ability, to expand beyond his or her limiting
belief systems. The very act of chaos, is in the makings of
expansion. Chaos is the
experience of transformation. A metamorphosis is developed when the collapse of a system
is completed... then the breakdown transforms into a breakthrough.
The word "Goddess" was chosen as it encompasses everything. God is connected
to the Goddess in one word. It's a marriage between our Yin and Yang energies. The
masculine represents our outer world, and the feminine represents our inner world. God,
the creator of heaven (the unmanifest)... often called "Father
Sky". And the Goddesses, the creator of all things of the earth (the
manifested)... often called
"Mother Earth". These two powerful Divine Beings put together in
the Universe - reminds us of wholeness.
Through this union of polarities, all things are created and then born.
We are capable of true wholeness through the experience of
change... through chaos.
We can experience our God/dess consciousness, by transforming into our true
selves.
(There are many philosophical debates about God. This mysterious
Universe that we live in is far too vast - to place 'truth' in such linear
language of absolutes. The above metaphorical story, is merely a figure-of-speech
for God/Goddess).
Everything is connected through energy. Therefore everything outside of ourselves such
as this vast Universe, God, and the Goddess, is all a part of us. We are connected to the
mystery through THE life-force energy. The more we understand our own mystery, the more our lives
will fall into place through our connectedness.
"Productions", is an active word describing what we are doing, and what will
do and become, as we continue to transform into our Goddess selves.
