As dancers, we explore our ancient
roots through exotic movements from the Far East, the ruins of Egypt and old
tribal cultures. In this place, we discover a beauty that is expressed from
the inside out.
Wearing decadent colourful costumes,
glittery jewelry and brightly painted faces, our new image transcends it’s
performance perceptions, and metamorphoses into a state of our Goddess selves.
Here we allow our outer image to give us a boost of confidence and celebrate
our sexuality and our authentic femininity. For women this can be very
liberating, as we see how the pornographic bimbo transmutation of an
‘ideal’ woman is bombarded throughout the media. This is our opportunity
not to shame or distort our sexuality, but express it’s sacred attributes
within ourselves and others. Our genuine passions need to be honoured and
expressed with the utmost dignity. We are Goddesses, and it’s time to let
the world know that we’re alive and well!
To express our divine selves, is a
holistic expression of our infinite potency and wisdom. Everyone starts at
their own place to reclaim their feminine power. As we celebrate our beauty
& talent with dance, we may feel flawed on the inside with old wounds. To
truly unveil our inner Goddess on the outside, we need to find her on the
inside and accept and acknowledge where’s she’s at in the moment. This
relationship with ourselves can be intimidating, as our hurt and
disappointments have cozy corners in the back of our hearts. When we make a
commitment to facing ugly hurt… anger and all, we can transform these old
pains into passion - which will fuel our power to assertion and self-esteem.
With a radiant glow of fearlessness
and boundless joy, here we can conquer our dreams, and be beautiful! We all
have the potential to express our full Goddess selves in our lives, and in the
world. We need to embrace our magnificent feminine power, by facing our desire
for transformation. This will surely bring about unlimited prosperity!
