The Address-a-lite™ zoning
module is a unique devise that allows
you to simultaneously control your
lighting both locally and remotely, to
truly design a facility wide,
fluorescent lighting system.
Now you can create individual, addressable
zones of lighting, independently
controlling each zone’s usage
parameters. Different offices or areas
of your facility can enjoy different light levels, independent schedules
for centralized time-clock control,
unique strategies for "Daylight
Harvesting", even independent
reactions to "Peak Demand Load
Shedding".
The
combines centralized building management
with personal local control for
improved comfort and maximum lighting
efficiency.
Description
Each Address-a-lite™ zoning
Module provides output for up to four
independently addressable lighting zones
and input for a peripheral control for each
zone. Each of these four zones has a unique
address in the Easy Talk software and
can be independently controlled forlight level or time of operation.
The Address-a-lite™ system
is configured by "Daisy
Chaining" up to 64 Address-a-lite™
modules throughout the facility.
This eliminates the need to install a
separate "home run" from each zone back
to a central computer. Each Address-a-lite™
receives the digital control
signal generated by the Easytalk control
system, interprets any changes being
requested for it’s zones and translates
that command into a low voltage control
signal for the appropriate lighting zone.
The Address-a-lite™ zoning
module is powered through its low
voltage connection to the Easylite
ballasts. This means that the system
requires no AC wiring and can be
installed almost anywhere inside a
facility. Facilities of all sizes can
now enjoy the benefits of an
intelligent, modular, lighting control system.
