Riders are responsible for making their own final reservation
arrangements for each hotel/motel.. When you call mention that the rooms are held under Ron
Gieck. Note that there is a confirmation number (8469) to be quoted when making
your reservation at the Town & Country in Kelowna and confirmation numbers for
Radium.

share a room should make their arrangements between them then complete their room reservation.
