Meetings Meetings of the general membership are legislated for at least four times a year. The Victoria Family Court and Youth Justice Committee generally meet more often, on the third Wednesday of every month, with the exception of July, August, and September, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. The Steering Committee meets monthly on the second Wednesday from 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm. The meetings include lunch and are held in City of Victoria Council Chambers for the general membership and in the City of Victoria Council Lounge for the Steering Committee.
