Education:
~ BA Psychology from SFU

In my running career I have competed for Canada for over 20 years on the National team. During that time I learned to embrace the sport of running. I learnt so much from my long time coach Mike Lonergan about patience, consistency and goal setting, that pretty much all my running goals have been met.

I now love running each day in the same way, but I am more focused on fitness and helping others learn how to make running their own, to set and meet their own personal goals.

In addition to Pells Running Clinic, I am now coaching at the Royal City Track Club, which was started by Mike Lonergan and where I trained for many years. It is very special to me and it feels good to give back to the club in this way.*

Anything is possible if you are patient and consistent in what you do.

Dream big and enjoy each run.
