The Sunterra Ridge/Cochrane Heights Community Association was incorporated on August 15^th 2005 under the Societies Act of Alberta. 

Introduction

The Sunterra Ridge/Cochrane Heights Community Association (SRCHCA) is comprised of a group of dedicated residents and volunteers who are committed to representing their fellow neighbors.  These individuals strengthen our community  as a whole while serving on the board of directors. Collectively, as board members, they empower three  individual communities by presenting a collective voice, and by formally addressing community issues.  

SRCHCA serves the following communities located in the Town of Cochrane, Alberta.

Our Vision

Through SRCHCA we strive to:

	Proactively work toward bringing the residents of three communities together though Social Activities and Volunteer Initiatives.
	Encourage and Promote recreational activities that take place within our community.
	Represent and Protect the interests of these communities.
	Provide a forum for the consideration and discussion of questions affecting the interests of the community.
	Support and Facilitate the various needs of the community.
	Formal Communication with Town Council.
