Well made Pigskin liner. Pigskin is imported and customed to exact thickness as WWII original pigskin pads and colour. Bands are good quality cowhide of exact specifications. Shown is a small liner suitable for a small helmet, large liner also available on request. The issue inkstamp is of 1941 and it reads in Kanji - Emperor Meji's 14th reign (Showa), manufacturer (I think) is "next to the word Showa" The leathers were machine-precisioned cut except in the areas where the bands need to hang on the inside of the helmet. All the intricate helmet parts are present like the cloth pockets, pillows, and cotton ties, drawstring etc. The pillows contain 100% pure cotton not polyester cotton. Anyway the kind of liner I would put on my own helmet collection.
