HOW TO USE THIS APPLET

The graph area

• Drag any highlighted location on the circle ( • ) to move that location along the circle.
• Drag the center of the circle ( • ) to re-position the circle.
• Shift-drag the center of the circle ( • ) to re-position the circle horizontally or vertically.
• Drag the other highlighted location ( • ) to adjust/change the tangent(s) (outside the circle) or the chord (inside the circle).
• Shift-drag the other highlighted location ( • ) to adjust/change the tangent(s) (outside the circle) or the chord (inside the circle). The determining location can be moved horizontally of vertically.
• Drag any non-highlighted location on the circle to change the radius of the circle.

Other

• Use the "RESET" button to restore the applet to the initial state.
