The Revenue Sustainment Program was a customer-focused integration program that worked with ENMAX business units to ensure the sustainable, seamless and cost-effective bill processes that were implemented across the ENMAX value chain.

· Reviewed the company business process from end to end. This included: data collection, data validation, data transfer, customer enrollments (switches), settlement, billing and call centre operations
