| The "Saxon" family name originated in Lancashire, England and means "race of people of the short sword". It traces it's ancestral roots back to Anglo Saxon origin. Our Saxon family originated from the county of Staffordshire, England; namely Tipton. From Tipton, our "Saxon Family" went to Cannock, Staffordshire and later to Taber, Alberta, Canada. |
