At this stage the writer selects ideas generated from prewriting activities and finds an order in which to present them. Writers should choose something they know about. The first draft should be completed as quickly as possible. Emphasis should be on getting the ideas down without worrying about spelling and punctuation.
Conference with three (3) peers after completing your first draft.
