Right Click Consulting
offers three pricing structures for your convenience based on
your needs.
All prices are quoted in Canadian funds. A 25%
deposit is required prior to commencement of project. There
may be an additional charge for last minute projects or evening/weekend
service. Payment is required in full prior to the delivery of
finished project.
Hourly Rate
Clients will be billed $30.00 (CAD) per hour for
general and ongoing administrative support. Invoices and detailed
time sheets will be provided to clients electronically. Billing
will be calculated in 15 minute increments. Clients will also
be "charged-back" all stationery and incidental costs
such as printing, photocopies, faxes and long-distance telephone
calls.
Retainer Plans
For our clients who require services on a regular
basis, we offer three plans to further accomodate your needs.
On-the-Go Plan: 10 hours = $280.00
Administrative Assistant Plan:
20 hours = $525.00
Executive Assistant Plan: 40
hours = $1,000.00
Additional expenses incurred, eg. courier, facsimiles,
printing, postage, long-distance telephone calls will be additional.
All Retainer Plans require a one month pre-payment.
The first invoice will be submitted at time of contract acceptance.
Subsequent invoicing will be submitted in 30 day increments.
Unused time on our Retainer Plans will be credited to your account
and will be reflected on your monthly statement for a period
of 30 days.
Special Projects
Quotations for special projects will be provided
based on the estimated time and the complexity of the project.
All incidental costs associated with the proejct will be included
in the estimate. Pricing will be based on the actual time and
costs incurred.
