A digital camera can capture images like you 35mm film camera, but from it you can import the images directly into your computer system and do a number of different things with them.  On this page, I have put a number of 'photos' that were shot with my digital camera.

 

Scanned Pictures
 
If you have an actual photograph or image on some kind of document, you can scan (acquire or  import) it into your computer and then do a number of different things with it. On the Scanned Pictures Page, are a number of images and tips regarding the process.

 

Panoramic Virtual Reality


The following page has links to some of the World's great Quick Time Panoramic Virtual Reality Sites and some actual QTVR pictures.  This is a great way to see thing, but be reminded that they are best viewed on faster connections.  So be patient if your on 'Dial up' and be sure to download the new 'Quick Time 5', available Link above.

Next are QTVR or Quick Time Virtual Reality 360 degree Panoramic Pictures.  If the control bar is not visible at the bottom of the picture, put your mouse's cursor in the picture and use the 'SHIFT' key to Zoom and the 'CTRL' key to unzoom.  Also, don't forget to hold the left mouse button and move up, down,  left or right to view a full 360 degrees.
