There are so many things trying to work together, that sometimes, 
problems surface.  That's what the RSA Teams is geared for.  If 
this happens, FIRST: close all programs and shut down the computer
system.  Sometimes you may have to turn the power off to get free. 
Let the computer stay off for at least 20 seconds, and then power up
again. Don't be disturbed about the way things might look if you are
booting up into 'safe mode'. If so, let thing settle, then select shut-
down and this time RESTART. 75% of the time, the smaller errors 
seem to resolve themselves by starting up the computer FRESH.  Have
faith in yourself, there is more to life than computers & the Internet.
