An account of paddling the wild outer coast of British Columbia's north, in the company of a twin-masted schooner. This appeared in the online magazine GreatestEscapes! in 1999, and described a week-long trip from Prince Rupert via the Outside Passage to Bella Bella.

Losing yourself in the Melville Islands
This story came about from a guided trip to the Melville Islands, an archipelago in Dixon Entrance on the Alaska-BC border in the summer of 2000.

Forest-covered islets, strong tidal currents, brilliant sunshine (one day!) and a solitude that was tangible. Published in GreatestEscapes! in 2000.
