MAJORCA GOLF COURSES

Golfing on Mallorca is very trendy. Especially in spring and autumn you'll see more golf bags than suitcases at the airport of Palma. In the summertime the golf courses are less frequented so that this season is preferred by beginners.

For a small fee you can rent your golf equipment at every club. In most of the clubs you'll find a very casual atmosphere. Nobody will ask for your handicap and no club requires a membership.

Come to Mallorca and play golf in a beautiful and fascinating landscape (good weather guaranteed!).

Canyamel Golf Course is a delightful place to spend your golfing vacation. It is is truly a golfing experience with International appeal. It is located about 70 km north-east of Palma.

The golf course is beside the ocean above spectacular cliffs which offer some magnificent scenery to the golfer.

The vegetation is composed of beautiful Canarian palm trees and Washington flowers, Canarian and cluster pines, cypresses, jacarandas and dragon trees, colourfully spaced by hibiscus, ombuses, everlasting flowers, and bougainvillas.

CAPDEPERA GOLF CLUB

Golfing on Majorca would not be complete without a round at the popular Capdepera Golf Club.

The course is located approximately 75 km northeast of Palma via Manacor.

The climate is sunny throughout the year, with a few rainy days, and is refreshed by the prevailing sea breeze.

There are few, but stategically placed sand bunkers requiring accuracy of approach shots to the greens.

The well maintained course has magnificent views, provides a fair challenge for the advanced player and yet is very accommodating to all skill levels.
