Our Rates

When you homestay with us, you will get your own private room. Each room will occupy one person unless stated otherwise. Three meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) are included with your fee so you don't have to worry about what to cook each day. You don't even have to worry about paying the hydro/gas bills. There is a choice of 3 rooms; each one has a different price.

*Most cases, meals will be included with homestay

Damage/Security Deposit: A damage and security deposit will be required for your stay with us at our home. The deposit will be returned to you after your stay minus any damages, cleaning required, or other.

Airport Pickup can be arranged for $40 and Airport Drop-off for $40*

Having us pick you up and drop you off may relieve some of your worries. You can rest assured that you will be picked up and get to your homestay safely and when you leave you can rest assured that you will not miss your flight. We hope to make your travel here easy.

*Price may change if distance is considerable

You may make use of a currency converter from the Bank of Canada site in your calculation of costs.

Couples: If you have a spouse and would like to stay as a couple in the same room, please contact us for the rates as they will differ from the ones posted above.

Special Cases:

Special exceptions to the rates above can be made. Please contact us and let us know your situation and we will try to accommodate you and quote you a price.

If you are looking to stay less than a month, please contact us and we will check to see if spaces are available and try to accommodate you.

Internet and Phone:

Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. Guests will need to have their own computers to access the wireless network. If in case of emergency, a wired line may be available. Phone calls on our phone line is provided as a courtesy provided that it is not abused.
