Vancouver Weather - check the weather we have at Vancouver so you
can plan events
Currency Converter - change your currency to a different foreign
currency so you can determine how much things will cost you

public transit (Bus, Sky Train, Sea Bus), you can check the prices for
monthly passes or directions to where you need to go
Tourism BC - a good website with many information on the
Province of British Columbia.
Tourism Vancouver - the city's official tourism site for Vancouver

Virtual Tours - a site with virtual tours of Downtown Vancouver,
Vancouver, and Greater Vancouver.
Vancouver Parks
- Vancouver Park Board site that has information on many parks
including: Stanley Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, and VanDusen Botanical
Garden.
Richmond Parks - City of Richmond Parks. Information on parks
in Richmond.
Stanley Park
- A great park to visit. The site just will keep you awe at the
awesome beauty that Vancouver has to offer. You can also go around
the seawall - either walking, cycling or rollerblading.
Chinatown -
This is Vancouver's Chinatown. We are only 10 mins away from
Chinatown by bus.
Gastown - This
is Vancouver's famous Gastown. There are a lot of shops and, as
well as, the famous Steam Clock.
Granville
Island - A great place to visit while you are here. There are
shops here.
Grouse Mountain
- A great place for skiing but not as good as Cypress or Whislter
Blackcomb but the price is a little more affordable.
Cypress
Mountain - Cypress in terms of price, distance and quality is in the
middle. Many international students go to Cypress.
Whistler
Blackcomb - Whistler is the destination to go for great skiing.
If you are a skiing enthusiast, then you must go to Whistler. This
will be the site for the 2010 Olympics. |
