Homestay is a great way to come to a new country to study or work.  Whether you're studying English or some other subject or even working, being a homestay student/guest can help in many ways.  You get to interact with the family and learn our unique culture.  Having a host family can help you immensely with the unfamiliar surroundings, as well as any other questions or concerns.  You will need to know how to get around Vancouver and we can help you in this.  It is also cheaper to go with a homestay family than find a place of your own, which almost always ends up costing you more and you also don't get the added help from a homestay family.

Our house is in central Vancouver and is located in a nice quiet and secure neighbourhood that is close to bus stops.  We are only about 10 mins from Downtown Vancouver, about 30 mins from Downtown Richmond, 30 mins to Metrotown, 10 mins to Chinatown if going by public transit.  We have easy transportation to major schools such as UBC, SFU, Langara etc. through public transit.  If driving, the time of travel can be significantly lowered.  The bus routes take you to major English language schools.   We are near trendy Main Street and we are close to shopping malls, grocery stores, library and other amenities.

We hope that you would me us your choice for your homestay experience.  When you come live with us, we will try to make your experience here a great one.  If you're here to learn English, we can help you.  We have experience with all levels of English and we will make every effort in communicating with you.  When you stay with us, you will have a private room all for yourself.  This is a homestay, not a rental property, so when you stay with us, you will be treated like a member of the family.  You will instantly have friends to talk to and do things with rather than be lonely in a foreign country.  You won't have to worry about what to cook since 3 meals will be provided.
