All crafters must check in with the Co-coordinator and pay their fee
prior to setting up. Booths
or displays may be set up beginning Friday at 10:00 AM. Each space
will be assigned and marked prior to this time. -
No
campers or motor homes will be allowed in the sales area. An adjacent area without hookups will be available.
Hookups are available at a nearby campground. -
All craft booths must be set up and ready for business by 7:45 AM Saturday and
Sunday. For this purpose, vehicles will be allowed in the craft area, but
must be removed to a nearby designated area by 7:45 AM.

In keeping with the theme of the
Rendezvous Days, the sale of items is highly encouraged, but not restricted to hand-crafted items, collectibles or
antiques. Booth location may be determined by the type of items sold.

The cost for a single outside
space (14 feet) will be
$25.00. This will cover both days for the two day period.
All crafters and vendors must stay for the entire show (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday). -
Selling from specially designed or created
booths fitting the theme is encouraged.

Everyone is urged to dress in period clothing (1750 - 1840).

Everyone must provide their own tables. Picnic tables at the
site are reserved for visitors.

All vendors/crafters are responsible for cleaning their own
area during & following the show.

No food items are allowed to be sold
except by Hickory County non-profit organizations. Menus and proof of non-profit status are to be submitted a
minimum of 4 weeks in advance of the event. Non-profit status must be provided in
the form of government certification documents. Questions regarding this rule or
deviations may be referred to (417) 745-2508, and must be approved by the Board.

Security
(County Deputy Sheriff's Patrol) will be provided in the craft area from
Friday evening through to the close of show.
