One of the major events held at the Pomme de Terre Rendezvous is a Primitive Encampment - where the historical period of approximately 1750 - 1840 is re-created. In keeping with other encampments throughout the Lewis & Clark Trail, all camping gear, costumes, utensils and equipment are as close to original as possible.
