warm, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Ten minutes from Lake Windermere where
numerous summer activities can be enjoyed, and 20 minutes from Panorama Ski
Hill.

living room and private deck. Tall pines on the grounds give some privacy

The beach is coarse sand. The beach is gradual for a short distance. The water
is crystal clear water. There are good swimming conditions in warm water. Lake
Windermere is within a 10-minute drive. A large public beach is available as
well as boat, Jet Ski and other watercraft rentals.
Distance to Shopping and Dining
The townhouse is near (less than a 10 minute walk) all amenities available in
Radium.
Distance to Ocean or Lake
A 10-minute drive away from Lake Windermere.
Distance to Ski Resort, Lifts or Runs
Located within a 30 minute drive to Panorama Ski Resort in Invermere, a 60
minute drive to Kicking Horse Mountain in Golden, and a 90 minute drive to Lake
Louise.
Distance to Golf Course
Located on the world-class Springs Golf Course. Many other courses are within a
short drive throughout the Columbia Valley.
Garage
Items such as golf clubs, skis, snowboards, bicycles, etc. can be stored in the
attached garage. These items are not to be stored inside the condo.
